DIY Decorative Table Centerpiece

Hi and welcome.....
Today I would like to tell you how I made a Decorative Table Centerpiece......
I am a big fan of Recycling.....Its amazing how a little effort on our side can make a huge
 difference in saving our planet.....
I made the flower in this picture using the bottom of a water gallon....
I used acrylic colors for painting this flower.......

Recycled Flower
But the lonely flower did not serve any purpose, so I decided to make something useful from it....

Decorative Table Centerpiece
I had a decorative plate with me, which I used as the base.....
To it, I added a few glass fillers in the center.......
And then, I placed the flower in the center of the fillers......

Recycled Flower Centerpiece
To add to the glamor, I added a LED candle in the center of the flower......

My Centerpiece was thus completed, and now it sits on my dining table, casting a soft
glow of happiness :)

I hope you liked the Tutorial ......Have fun trying it yourself !!

M-Seal/ Epoxy Ganesha

M-Seal / Epoxy Ganesha

Hello and welcome to my post on M-Seal Ganesha.......
They say "Necessity is the mother of invention".....and I so totally agree !!!
This Ganesha was made when I couldn't find one to keep in our car......
I used m-seal / epoxy to mould the figure of the idol.......and left it to dry for around 6 hours.....
It is made of an air- drying material, so it did not need any baking....Which means it speeded up the next process i.e. coloring!!
I used Acrylic colors-yellow and vermilion for painting the body surface.....
The details were done with acrylic color- black.......
Last but not the least, I gave it two coats of spray varnish to protect the colors....
And voila, the next thing I know, this sweet Ganesha was sitting in our car with that cute look on his face :)

DIY Art on a Bottle

Old Bottle
Hello again.....
You must be wondering what this bottle is doing here, looking so sad and lonely......
I thought so too, and after giving it some thought, I decided to dress it up a little!!!
I used acrylic color as the base and covered up the whole bottle.......
Then I used a 3d outliner- gold to make small circles and the twirls.......
After it dried, I added tiny red rhinestones inside the circles........

Upcycled Bottle

And to make it a little more cute, i replaced the bottle lid with a crystal Hibiscus flower !!!

The Upcycling gave the bottle a very dainty appearance.......
Everytime I look at the bottle, it just makes me Smile :)
Hope you keep smiling too......
